The report also suggests that the user-interface for the fingerprint scanning is complete. The fingerprint technology is reportedly focused around unlocking the iPhone. However, its use as a means of providing secure payment remains a possibility. It has been widely reported that Apple will launch an iWallet payment service in the future.
