According to a new report from iMore,the secretary general of the office of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) in Thailand has tweeted that Apple is requesting to have two models of iPhone approved for sales in the country.
According to Rene Ritchie, the secretary general tweeted this:

And the ASTV Manager added further details with this message:

Apple is widely expected to unveil their next generation iPhone at a special event on September 9.
