Sonny Dickson: iPhone 6 Sapphire Glass Screen on the Looks Great; Prepare to be Amazed

Apple’s man in the know – Sonny Dickson has tweeted that Apple’s iPhone 6 will feature the sapphire crystal glass screen. According  to Sonny Dickson, “the new Sapphire glass screen on the iPhone 6 looks great, guys. Prepare to be amazed!”

Dickson’s tweet was well received by Matt Margolis‏ @Sapphirecover24. Matt Margolis has previously stated that Apple is set to bring sapphire glass display to the next generation iPhone.

Furthermore, Matt Margolis believes that Apple might embed solar cells in the sapphire display.

Did Apple place an initial order last week for $68m worth of solar cell coating equipment, so they could use lasers to scribe solar cells onto sapphire screens, for the iPhones and iPods that will be released in 2014?
