Sonny Dickson has posted purported images of the next generation 9.7-inch iPad Space Gray casing.
The design of the leaked case supports earlier rumors that the fifth generation iPad will adopt an iPad mini-like design.
AllThingsD recently reported that Apple will be holding a special event on October 22. The Cupertino-based company is widely expected to unveil their next-generation iPads.
“The focal point of the gathering will be the latest updates to the company’s iPad line, but the new Mac Pro and OS X Mavericks will likely get some stage time as well,” John Paczkowski writes for AllThingsD.
The AllThingsD report got the customary “Yep,” from Apple aficionado – Jim Dalrymple of the Loop.
