Google warned Samsung not to copy the iPad

Apple vs Samsung

This week in court its Samsung’s turn to attack the validity of Apple’s patents and to put their own case of infringement across. However, this has not deterred Apple from producing two pieces ‘sensational’ evidence in court on Wednesday. The evidences in question are two letters sent to Samsung from Google regarding the appearances of the Galaxy 10.1 Tablet. According to AllthingsD report, Google was demanding distinguishable design between the iPad for the P3 (the original 10-inch Galaxy Tab).

These documents could prove crucial as Apple fights to convince the Jury that Samsung knowingly copied their products. This does not bode well for Samsung since they are depending on Google to show a united front in this patent battle with Apple.
