Qualcomm executive Anand Chandrasekher, who recently got himself into trouble by suggesting that Apple’s 64-bit A7 chip was a marketing gimmick and does not bring any real value to consumers, has been demoted.

According to a new report from CNET,  they received a statement from Qualcomm which states that, “Anand Chandrasekher, is moving to a new role leading our exploration of certain enterprise related initiatives…Anand will continue to report to Steve Mollenkopf, COO and President of Qualcomm. This will be effective immediately.”

More important, Anand Chandrasekher, is no longer appears on the Qualcomm leadership page.

It’s a pity that some bloggers and analysts cannot be demoted from the internet.
