iTunes Radio Showing Up On Users’ iPhones and iPads In The UK, Australia And Canada

Apple’s music streaming service – iTunes Radio is appearing on the Music App on both iPhones and iPads for some users in the UK, Australia and Canada, according to a new report from AppleInsider.

iTunes Radio was unveil at Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on June 10, 2013 and was made available to users in the US on September 18, 2013. Apple promised that the service will come to countries outside the US in early 2014. Judging from this report, the launch appears imminent.

According to the report, the iTunes Radio pane is accessible but streaming is so far unavailable for Canadian users. In Australia, one user saw the service appear briefly earlier this week, but it has since disappeared. However, one lucky user in the UK is able to listen to iTunes Radio on his iPhone whilst on O2’s network, the report said.

My guess is that Apple will launch this service on Monday, January 27 after  announcing its earnings for the first fiscal quarter of 2014 .
